August 29, 2017 — Superior Industries Inc., a U.S. based manufacturer and global supplier of bulk material processing and handling systems, welcomes Dan Bradford to its growing team of bulk handling and processing application specialists. Bradford will serve as a washing process engineer alongside John Bennington, Superior’s director of washing and classifying equipment.

Bradford comes to Superior after two decades of work at Classification and Flotation Systems (CFS, Inc.), which is based in Fenton, Michigan. CFS specializes in designing and manufacturing fines processing systems like frac sand plants, cyclones, and density separators. At Superior, Dan will use his experience to provide solutions for customers’ wet processing needs, such as sizing, plant design, and commissioning.

Bradford’s responsibilities will include supporting the sales team, developing a wash plant’s process flow, as well as assisting on layout and quotations. He will also participate in research and development and handle on-site testing.

Bradford studied design engineering at Mott Community College and Michigan State University. He will work from a Superior branch office in Owosso, Michigan, but his main office will be the quarries, pits, and mines of Superior’s customer base.
