June 6, 2017 - NSK Americas engages its customer base with a new digital platform that makes selecting the right product, the right distributor and the right information a whole lot easier. The responsive layout embraces the requirements of engineers and purchasers who are frequently on the move and need to view anything related to NSK bearings, linear technology and steering systems. Ease of navigation, finding the right solution and product for a specific application and helpful technical content is the base of the new design.

Among the major features of the new site is an advanced ‘Product Finder’, where users can quickly and easily identify the ideal product solution for their application and requirements. Visitors can filter products by categories including industry/market and condition/features. Product literature can be viewed in flipbooks, and case studies for various industry requirements will inform customers on how NSK products can improve performance and reliability and deliver cost-efficiencies.

“First Impressions are everything and more of our customers are searching the Web for the products and solutions they need,” says Paul McKenzie, senior marketing manager for NSK Americas. “Now decision-makers and buyers can access our information from their desk or remotely from a work site all the while looking at something that is visually appealing and easy to navigate.”

In addition, the website boasts an improved ‘Distributor Finder’ which allows users to quickly source their nearest authorized NSK distributor based on their location. Site visitors can filter by parameters such as distributor name and location/distance to ensure they receive the best possible sales support.

“We wanted to live up to our brand philosophy of delivering the highest quality and experience, and the new website delivers just that to all users. We knew there was a need to be more accessible and we responded. Being able to nimbly navigate our products and distributors while accessing information on product benefits through any screen type will allow our customers to save on time and improve their bottom line,” says McKenzie.

The new NSK website speaks to the growing reality of business in the modern industrial world. A recent report by Adobe, states that 83% of global consumers including B2B report multiscreen behavior, using an average of 2.23 devices at the same time. The NSK Americas site will provide ease of navigation for the US, Canada, Mexico and Latin America, offering an English and Spanish version with additional languages to follow.
