ELRUS appoints Ontario GM

January 31 ,2017 – ELRUS Aggregate Systems has announced that Christopher Nelson has joined the firm to fill the recently created position of Ontario general manager based in the company’s Cambridge, Ont. facility. Nelson brings more than 23 years of experience in the aggregate and mining industry.

Christopher will be working with the ELRUS Ontario team promoting the ELRUS portfolio of equipment, aftermarket and technical support throughout the Ontario marketplace, and the ELRUS National teams in the promotion and delivery of specialized wear parts.

“Complementing our experienced teams with this senior role will enable increased regional independence of the firm’s Ontario operations in supporting the trademark ELRUS Solutions approach to solving customer production challenges” said Carollyne Coulson, ELRUS CEO. “The branch has grown significantly in recent years serving a widespread customer base and now dealer-partners in Quebec, Eastern USA, Atlantic Canada and South America. Christopher’s unique skillset will support all aspects of our business.”

Christopher brings with him extensive experience in our industry, including sales and sales management roles since 2003, most recently with Sandvik Mining & Construction and Sandvik Wear Parts where he instrumental in the marketing and development of the HX900 line of wear parts.
