jobsite technology solutions has the team at Topcon excited about the future
prospects for exponential growth.

Topcon CEO Ray O’Connor officially opened the company’s
Technology Roadshow with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting at their Livermore,
California training facility. It was the first day of the upcoming 23-city tour,
which they expect will help connect contractors with the jobsite solutions that
are in demand across Canada and the U.S.

That demand is expected to drive exponential growth in the
company’s operation. O’Connor expects the company size to double its already
1,200 strong workforce in the next five years as the jobsite solutions continue
to grow from ‘should have’ to must have’ for road construction companies.

The launch of several new products at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2014
in March, including the HT-30 haul truck module and the addition of Siteview
technology to its SiteLink3D job site management solution, is allowing the
company to cement its ability to provide full operational job site solutions
for all customer demands.

The Technology Roadshow includes five Canadian stops: Grande
Prairie, Red Deer, Regina, Toronto and Quebec City. The Roadshow includes
educational presentations on the current product offerings, as well as live
demonstrations using dozers, graders, loaders and excavators.
