February 7, 2017 – Randall J. “Randy” Mucha, the corporate director of health and safety for Lehigh Hanson, will receive the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association’s (NSSGA’s) James M. Christie Safety & Health Professional of the Year Award. The award recognizes an individual for substantial contributions and commitment to safe and healthy practices within his or her company and the industry.

January 6, 2017 - On October 31, 2016 the membership of the Ontario Hot Mix Producers Association and the Ontario Road Builders Association voted in favour to amalgamate OHMPA with ORBA.
December 13, 2016 - OSSGA recently launched its Aggregates 201 training course, which will take place on January 24, 2017 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Marriott Toronto Airport Hotel.

April 28, 2016 - Hundreds of exhibitors, showing off cutting-edge heavy equipment, filled Olympic Stadium last Friday and Saturday, April 22nd and 23rd, for the latest edition of Expo Grands Travaux. The heavy equipment show featured big equipment for big projects and offered tons of big iron on display from major players in the industry.
