Applications open for ORBA scholarships
Great opportunity for university and college students entering their first year
April 18, 2018 – The Ontario Road Builders’ Association (ORBA) is now accepting applications for its Civil Engineering and Civil Technology Scholarships.
ORBA Scholarships are aimed at promoting entry into the road building industry and gives the winners a prime opportunity to network with industry leaders and be recognized by their peers at the Annual Convention and AGM, which will be held on February 4 to 5, 2019 at the Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto.
Two scholarships are being offered to students finishing high school and entering their first year at an Ontario university or college. ORBA’s Education Committee is looking for students who are enthusiastic about the road building industry and the impact that they can make when they enter the work force.
The scholarship application, including accompanying documents, must be received no later than May 31, 2018.
Application forms and more information on the scholarship are available at https://orba.org/scholarships/.
