Full agendas announced for Halifax and Calgary

I’m excited to announce that the agendas for Rock to Road’s upcoming Quarry Tech forums are officially ready to go!

For those of you that are new to Quarry Tech, it is a one-day forum exclusively for quarry and pit owners and operators. The forum will offer attendees case studies and panel sessions presented by industry experts covering a wide variety of topics designed to keep you informed on some of the latest technologies for quarries and pits, while offering you tips to optimize various aspects of your operations.

On February 12, Quarry Tech will come to the Alt Hotel Halifax Airport in Halifax, N.S.

Topics that will be presented include:

  • Solving screening issues every producer faces to help stabilize any problem units in the screening circuits;
  • Using smart scales and monitoring tools to help operators, track material flow from pit to load out, improve safety access and identify areas for improvement;
  • Maximizing cone crusher performance;
  • Increasing uptime through bearing maintenance practices;
  • An update on Canadian drone regulations, compliance management and training;
  • Optimizing washing operations with new technologies;
  • Optimizing vibratory feeders; and
  • Operating standard and specialty conveyor belt idlers and rollers in difficult applications and environments.

On April 8, Quarry Tech will come to the Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre Calgary Airport in Calgary.
