April 20, 2023, COLUMBUS, IN – Cummins has revealed two new senior executives for their off-highway engine business. David Atkinson will assume the role of global off-highway support senior executive, while Phil Dawson has taken on the role of global agriculture segment leader for the company. Both are based in the UK.
Atkinson, who the company described as a “veteran in the off-highway space,” will now be responsible for delivering customer support to Cummins’ agriculture and construction clients, working with regional teams to coordinate post-sales support for international clients at a local level.
Dawson has held numerous roles in Cummins’ off-highway European sales team and will oversee agriculture business strategy across a number of the company’s global account teams, who deal with brands such as Buhler and Kubota.
“The off-highway sector, specifically agriculture and construction, continues to operate with complex customer needs, and these two appointments are a key part of our strategy to meet this demand for solutions,” Eric Neal, Cummins’ executive director of global off-highway business, said in a press release.
