“Companies have said labour capacity is the number one issue for true northern growth,” said Phil Moon Son, executive director of the Northwest Territories Construction Association. “With the current economic downturn and megaprojects on the horizon for the north, we felt it would be good to have a northern discussion about it and promote the area.” | READ MORE
