BTI announces promotions of Jim Brown and Terry McKague

Feb. 21, 2012 – Jim Brown has been promoted to Vice President of Sales of BTI. BTI also promotes Terry McKague as Director of Sales Canada and Mexico as well as customer service.

Feb. 21, 2012 – Jim Brown has been promoted to Vice President of Sales. Jim will be responsible for all sales in the United States and International. Jim has over 25 years previous experience in sales and sales support in the mining and construction industry.

Jim came to BTI as a Sr. Applications Engineer and was promoted to Director of Sales in the US in January 2011. He graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Engineering and holds a Masters Business degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Jim’s product knowledge, coupled with his familiarity with both US and international markets, should be a benefit to our company to achieve higher sales in these markets.

Terry McKague

Terry McKague has been promoted to Director of Sales Canada / Mexico / Customer Service. Terry has a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology – Mobile Equipment and has been with BTI since May of 1988. He has served our company in many capacity's including engineering, sales, and customer service.

Terry is very familiar with the Canadian and Mexican markets having serviced both of these territories in capital equipment and aftermarket parts sales.

Terry’s previous experience in both of these territories along with his commitment to providing superior customer service, should serve the company well in servicing our customers.
