Jan. 9, 2015, Ottawa – BluMetric Environmental CFO Ian Malone will retire as of January 31, 2015, as planned. Vivian Karaiskos is the incoming CFO, subject to regulatory approval. In the interim and through to completion of reporting for the 2014 fiscal year, Ms Karaiskos will serve as Vice President, Finance.
Ms Karaiskos has more than 20 years of financial and business experience. She has held various leadership positions in a number of industries, most recently as Vice-President, Finance of a diversified private real estate development company. Her extensive background in financial information systems, business analysis, financial reporting, and board governance, along with her deep understanding of early-stage, fast-growth, and innovative companies, have made her an ideal fit for BluMetric.
