Feb. 20, 2015 – In an effort to neutralize legal challenges by a cement
project’s opponents, the Quebec government has tabled a bill that would
allow a McInnis Cement project in Port-Daniel-Gascons to avoid public
hearings on its environmental impact, Martin Ouellet from The Canadian
