KPI-JCI
KPI-JCI’s Bauma display will include the new line of Global Track Series equipment including a GT5162i Screen Plant, GT2640 Jaw Crusher, GT200 Cone Crusher and GT2514 Fold ‘n Go®. All the equipment in the Global Track Series is 100% compatible to improve productivity, says KPI-JCI. The GT5162i Screen Plant boasts a fuel-efficient Tier III diesel engine to reduce carbon monoxide emissions. The 5 by 16, two-deck screen with modular decks allows the screen plant to perform multiple applications. In addition, the 1.07m apron feeder absorbs heavy shock-loads while the 1.37m heavy duty end-delivery conveyor can accept top and bottom deck-over trailers.

The GT2640 Jaw Crusher Plants, featuring the Vanguard Plus Series Jaw Crushers, are highly effective in the production of fractionated RAP. Both stationary and portable producers benefit from the slimmer, lighter design and on-site mobility of this equipment.

KPI-JCI’s GT200 Cone Crusher Plant is the most advanced product on the market. Its high crushing capacity creates more saleable materials per pass, saving you time and increasing your profitability. The Kodiak Plus Cone Crusher’s innovative dual-motor design allows for quick CSS adjustments to ensure precision while crushing.

The GT2514 Fold ‘n Go has three on-board stacking conveyors providing easy access to maintenance areas. It is engineered to produce 100% self-contained diesel power and efficiently processes a wide array of recycled materials into sand and gravel to reduce costs.

Roadtec
Roadtec’s display at Bauma will include a planer, a new small asphalt paver and an improved Material Transfer Vehicle (MTV) located at the Astec Industries outdoor display.

The RX-700 four tracked, 2.2 m planer is equipped with the complete Cold In Place Recycling package. Featuring a 700 hp (522 kW) Caterpillar engine, this cold planer is available with either four track or three track assemblies. The RX-700 cuts up to 356mm deep and is described as a heavy duty machine which is also user-friendly in both operation and maintenance. Standard widths are 2.01m, 2.1m, 2.49m and 3.05m and the RX700 features the 60° front load-out conveyor swing common to all Roadtec planers. The optional VCSTM Variable Cutter System for cutting widths of 24", 36" and 48" (60cm, 91cm, and 121cm) is also offered for this model.

The CP-90 Paver is described as a reasonably priced small paver that can perform big machine duties in many instances, with width capacity ranging from 1.2 m to 4.75 m. An electrically heated hydraulic adjustable screed and easily replaceable wear items are standard. Powered by an 84hp Caterpillar engine, operating features on the CP-90 include tilting consoles for two or three person operation and extendable walkways.

The SB-2500D Shuttle Buggy to be displayed will have two new options, a wider C-1 unloading hopper increased from 3 m to 3.6 m while working with a travel width of 3 m as normal.  The second of the two new options are two operators’ stations that can be lifted hydraulically from 0 to 600 mm and also be extended out from the side of the SB-2500D by 600 mm. This is to allow the operator to be able to see better on the job site and have more control over the truck unloading and the paver. Later this year, new options being offered for the SB-2500D will include a package of cameras for the operator to see into paver hopper and unloading area, a bin level indicator to show when main hopper is full, as well as automatic traction with paver device to keep the Shuttle Buggy automatically ahead of the paver.
