Astec to debut new innovations at CONEXPO

Astec Industries is showcasing its Rock to Road solutions at CONEXPO-CON/AGG. The largest construction show in North America will serve as the venue to debut new Astec innovations.   

“The key with any new project is the customer,” says Keith Hagy, product manager-paving.

With more details to come on March 14, the company states that two of the new products serve the road-building industry. These two are just some of the new developments that will be unveiled at Booth C30235. 

Astec Industries is showcasing its Rock to Road product line at CONEXPO-CON/AGG, including a new forestry and environmental recycling solution. The newest horizontal grinder will be unveiled at Booth C30235, along with several other new innovations. 

Astec will have product managers and subject matter experts on hand in the booth to offer walk-arounds and up-close views of the new machine beginning March 14.  

Michael Spreadbury, Product Manager, states, “There is a lot of interest before the show. We are excited to share this development and explain the new features we have to offer. We look forward to showing our visitors how this new horizontal grinder can increase their productivity and efficiency.” 

Astec took customer and dealer input and used it in its new development process, says Hagy.

“We formed and utilized dealer and customer advocacy groups. Our subject matter experts communicated with customers and dealers throughout the development process.”

Hagy also explained that the new products make advancements and innovations where needed, while consistently maintaining the valuable features customers and dealers have always enjoyed from Astec road building products.
