May 10, 2013, Edmonton, Alta. – Nuna Innovations product line is introducing a line of asphalt release agents from Global Barrier Coatings Inc. into the Canadian market that is a non-hazardous, 100 per cent biodegradable combination of various all-natural materials.
It creates a thin film on the surfaces of metal, allowing asphalt to slide easily from truck beds.
The product is ready-to-use, requires zero dilution, is 100 per cent biodegradable and has recorded zero negative impacts to asphalt or equipment.
Regardless of which type of asphalt is used, the product delivers results with minimal asphalt residue remaining in the truck beds or on equipment. It delivers multiple truckloads without re-application, and removes residue left by previously used release agents.
ARA is EcoLogo certified. In order to qualify for an EcoLogo certification the product was tested to ensure it met with environmental standards put forth by Environment Canada.
