November 24, 2016 – The OSSGA Individual and Lost Time Safety Awards submission form is now active. 

The nomination forms for both corporate (zero lost time) and individual achievements in safety are available online ONLY by clicking on the links below.

To apply for the OSSGA Safety Awards recognizing Zero Lost Time Injuries (LTI) for individual operations, click here.
