Regina’s Nova Paving sold

July 20, 2015 – Regina-based Nova Paving has been sold to Atlantic Road Construction and Paving.

According to an article from The Chronicle Herald, the Nova Scotia based company saw the opportunity to purchase Nova Paving as a chance to expand operations to western Canada.

Cousins Tom and Brad Hickey also cited that the sluggish local market gave them reason to look for a new opportunity, and that now is a good time to invest out west while the oil and gas industry is at a low point.

Nova Paving does approximately $10 million in construction and paving work annually, doing for government and residential work in and around Regina.
