November 19, 2015 – The Government of Manitoba has announced that it will extend the province’s core infrastructure plan, including a $1 billion new partnership with the City of Winnipeg.

According to an article from the Winnipeg Free Press, the three-year extension of the program to 2020 will bring the total investment in infrastructure to $10 billion.
