Has Zoomlion increased its offer for Terex?

March 17, 2016 – A new report suggests that Zoomlion has increased its offer to purchase Terex, an increase that had been requested by the heavy equipment manufacturer.

According to a new report from Reuters, Zoomlion has increased its offer to more than $3.4 billion, up from the original offer of $3.3 billion.

In August of 2015, it was reported that Terex had struck a deal to merge with Finnish company Konecranes. Zoomlion’s offer hoped to persuade Terex to cancel the merger.
