July 10, 2015 – Rock to Road magazine announced that it will hold its first-ever Careers in Heavy Construction Expo (CHCE) in Hamilton, Ontario in November.
The one-day event will focus on introducing high school students, recent post-secondary grads and individuals looking for a new career path to the increasing career opportunities in the heavy construction industry.
The CHCE will feature a full day of presentations from industry experts and educational institutions, looking at the career opportunities available and the scholastic work that needs to be done in order to be involved in those careers. Attendees with have the chance to interact with all of the speakers, as well as speak to industry professionals at both the exhibitor booths and the heavy equipment onsite.
The Careers in Heavy Construction Expo will take place at the McMaster Innovation Park in Hamilton on Saturday, November 7th. Registration begins at 8:00a.m. with the program running from 9:00a.m. – 3:00p.m.
