November 24, 2015 – Allu Group, Inc. announced Edgar J. Chavez will take over as president and CEO, replacing Mardi Ohanessian, who will be retiring at the end of 2015. Chavez will be assume overall responsibility for Allu Group, Inc. day to day operations starting on Nov. 23rd, 2015.
For the last two months Chavez has served as executive vice-president and general manager for Allu in order to familiarize himself with the customers, product and operations in North America.
Chavez’s career includes experience with GRADALL Industries, CNH Industrial, Astec Industries, Mitsubishi International and Volvo Construction equipment. He now brings his 20-plus years of industry knowledge to Allu.
“Everyone at Allu worldwide wish to thank Mardi for developing Allu in North America over the last 20 years. We’ve benefited from his passion, knowledge, and service. He will be missed,” said Chavez.
