June 14, 2011 – Women who are intent on climbing the corporate ladder
must take steps to ensure they are in fact “sitting at the table,” says
civil engineer Dawn Tattle, president of Anchor Shoring & Caissons

“To be a decision-maker and be successful, you have to be out there at
events, in meetings, making presentations,” she told members of the
