Eastern and central Canada compete in job creation

April 14, 2011 – The two most significant measures for city labour markets are employment growth and the jobless rate. In the case of the former, a ranking of best to worst goes from the highest rate of change to lowest, year over year. For the latter, good news begins with a low monthly figure and becomes worse as the unemployment rate moves higher.
