April 12, 2011, Dallas –Trinity Industries, Inc., has acquired certain aggregates operations of Texas Industries, Inc., that serve markets in Texas and Louisiana.
As part of the transaction, Transit Mix Concrete and Materials Company, also a subsidiary of Trinity Industries, Inc., transferred existing ready mix operations to TXI that serve the Central Texas market. | READ MORE
