March 29, 2011, Mexico – CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V. has been named the primary cement supplier for the first phase of Reventazón hydroelectric plant project in Costa Rica. The US$ 1.2 billion plant will be the largest of its kind in Central America when the 311 megawatt facility reaches completion in 2016. As the primary supplier, CEMEX will provide 50,000 tons of cement for the first phase of this project. | READ MORE
