March 22, 2011 – Industry Minister Tony Clement said the federal budget for the 2011-12 fiscal year will include a continuation of the Economic Action Plan, which in the past has included funding for construction projects.
He made the remark during a press conference at the soon-to-be-open Instructional Centre at the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus (UTSC), which was funded in part by the federal government’s Knowledge Infrastructure Program (KIP). | READ MORE
