Dec. 20, 2010 –The newly formed municipal HMA (hot mix asphalt) liaison
committee is set to regroup in January with an eye to getting owners and
contractors on the same page for standards and practices.
The committee, established last year by the Ontario Hot Mix Producers Association (OHMPA) and Ontario Good Roads Association (OGRA), has identified 18 key issues that it plans to examine. | READ MORE
